Hi, I’m Rachael!

Born and raised in the Greater Boston area, I’m a New England photographer, full-time vascular sonographer, wife, and very proud mom to our little zoo of two dogs and four cats.

Photography started as something I simply loved and has grown into a business that means so much to me. I specialize in capturing the moments that deserve to be remembered, families, maternity, newborns, seniors, couples, proposals, intimate weddings and elopements.

My style is natural, warm, and true to you. I want your photos to feel like your life, not a perfectly posed version of it. I love genuine laughter, movement, connection, golden light, and all those little in-between moments that often become the photographs you love the most. I love capturing candid moments when you think I am not shooting.

And if you’re someone who feels awkward in front of the camera, you’re exactly my kind of person. My job is to make the experience relaxed, fun, and comfortable while creating images you’ll be excited to hang on your walls for years to come.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me working as a vascular sonographer, hanging out with my husband and our ridiculous number of animals, watching entirely too much reality TV, or wishing I were somewhere warm by the ocean.

A few fun facts about me:

• Reality TV is my guilty pleasure, especially anything Real Housewives.

• I’m an unapologetic animal lover. We have two rescue dogs and four rescue cats, and apparently my husband thinks that’s enough. I think there is always room for more.

• I’ve worked in ultrasound for nearly two decades, so talking to complete strangers and making people feel comfortable is basically my other specialty.

• Give me the beach over the mountains and warm weather over snow every single time.

• I desperately want to be a plant person. My track record suggests the plants feel differently.

• Ive made becoming an aunt to my beautiful nieces my entire personality. I love them so much. I am so thankful their wonderful mamas allow me so much time with them.

• I am completely loyal to a fault. I have had the same hairdresser for 14 years, I joke next to my husband she is my longest relationship. And we have been throughhh it with these locks.
